God once said to me "Any sin that can pass thru the Blood of Jesus will be forgiven. The only sin that will take a man to hell is that which has not passed thru the blood." (paraphrased)
And this morning again, reading from The Unshakable Truth by Josh & Sean McDowell and referring to Romans 8:3, it came again.
Folks, nothing! Nothing else will gain you admission to God’s holy presence except your trust in what Jesus did at the Cross. His sacrifice (not your many good deeds), is the only acceptable plea in Heaven’s courtroom.
Bring that sin under the Blood of Jesus, and not only will God pardon it, but He will break the power of that sin to it’s core.
